Training 1: SOCi Platform Overview:

Learn how to navigate through the SOCi platform and perform the basics of creating messages, managing your libraries, and responding to engagement and reviews. In this training, we will give you a basic overview of the entire platform, and then in subsequent trainings, we will give you a deeper look into those modules! 

  • Learn how to create and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more. 
  • Learn how to analyze how well your posts are performing 
  • How to set up email notifications to be notified immediately of Comment, Private Messages, and Reviews 
  • How to use SOCi's Libraries to find relevant Good Neighbor Pharmacy content, discover trending articles, and share local events!
  • How to respond to engagements and reviews
  • How to create and share reporting monthly for your location(s)

Training 2: Scheduling Posts 

Take an in-depth look at how to manage social media posts within the Scheduler, including details on how to create posts from scratch and edit posts already on your calendar.

In this training you will learn the basics on how to:

  • Learn to create a message for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and how to publish that message across these networks at the same time!
  • Create a message using a link, or photo that you would like to share
  • Utilize the Content Center in SOCi to find trending articles that resonate with your audience
  • Find local events to share on your page!
  • See how your posts are doing via SOCi's Published section


Training 3: Asset Library 

Take a deep dive into creating, using, and sharing images and messages within SOCi’s content libraries. n this training you will learn the basics on how to:

  • Select from suggested content libraries for each month to use for your social media pages
  • How to save messages to your library to be used at a later date 


Training 4: Conversation Management

Learn how to respond to social media engagements, like comments and private messages. In this training you will learn the basics on how to:

  • Learn the importance of timely response via social media via SOCi's conversations module
  • How to set up email notifications to be notified immediately of these important engagements 


Training 5: Reputation Management

Discover how to manage your online reputation and respond to all of your reviews across all your networks in one place. In this training you will learn the basics on how to:

  • Analyze your locations Reputation Insights, including response time, overall sentiment, and source of reviews
  • Set up email notifications to be notified immediately of reviews to ensure your responses are timely 
  • Respond to your Facebook, Google, and Yelp Reviews via SOCi
  • Lastly, how to understand and drill down on the words being used in these reviews via Reputation Sentiment.
