New February 2021: SOCi Platform Overview

In this one-hour training session, you will learn how to navigate and use the SOCi platform for all of your social media and reputation management needs. This training covers:

Navigating the Platform for Single Location Managers

Learn how to log in to SOCi and how to navigate the platform for managers of a single location.

Navigating the Platform for Multiple Location Managers

Learn how to navigate the SOCi platform for managers of multiple locations and how to set up a group so you can schedule posts for multiple locations at once.

Linking Networks and Navigating the Insights Dashboard

Learn how to link social media networks to your account and relink networks if they become disconnected. You will also learn about the data featured in the Insights dashboard, which provides a high-level overview of your content status, engagements and reviews, fan demographics, peak time recommendations, and more.
